"Our driver was excellent. He was calm, unflappable and efficient and drove us to the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden from Chelmsford without any apparent difficulty. In fact, there was a protest march in the area and since we needed to arrive before the performance started because it is not possible to enter after the start, it was imperative that a route was found that would enable us to arrive in good time. As passengers we were oblivious of the difficulties, and travelled in comfort unaware of the problems facing the driver. We did arrive in good time, and we thoroughly enjoyed a magnificent performance. At the end, our driver was waiting outside to take us home.
The whole service was faultless. It is highly recommended to anyone who values the very best.
