"It’s a little difficult to answer the questions as our flight was delayed which put all the timings out. When no one was there when we came through arrivals I called the driver, he asked us to meet him at ‘pickup point’ in Terminal 3 which was a long walk in the cold for my 82 year old mother, we had to wait in a shelter for Approx 15 mins in freezin cold weather and she was shivering. I’ve never used this terminal before and I’m not sure what other alternatives there is but I think I’d rather collect a taxi nearer the terminal in the future. The driver was very nice though. "
